Education Equal Access

Situation of people with disabilities in Thailand that has been going on for many generations.
People with disabilities also have difficulty leaving their homes, public spaces and transportation, buildings and premises are still accessible ‘not good enough’.

Let’s think about the school we used to go to every day, and ask yourself: ‘Suppose we have to sit in a wheelchair, we can’t see, or we lost the hearing / how do we go to school?’

Sharing the true stories, I had to struggle. struggling very hard to keep up with other people to be able to become me today. It’s not easy, and all of us in Thailand are like me…

Development path of people with disabilities besides starting late, along the way, it was even more difficult.

To have one lift, a ramp, a handicap toilet We always get the answer ‘It’s not worth it’.
‘Is it worth it?’ This question is not difficult to answer. ‘When you have to become handicapped’

Educational statistics, social perspective, pity, sympathy, inferiority, disadvantaged people, these words, these data. is a reflection of the picture ‘People with disabilities in Thailand’ clearly. And in addition to physical access problems, there is also access to educational courses, content and information.

Accessibility is a challenge and it’s not an easy, but it’s something that we need to focus seriously, sincerely and continuously.

If I could have a magic spell, I would immediately make ‘everyone’ go to school equally.
And, of course, public spaces and public transport also have to use this magic too. ❤

Because otherwise, people with disabilities can’t go anywhere like today…
