Chulalongkorn University Survey: discussing solutions for better accessibility

Equal access to educational is a key to independent self-development and a major driving force in society and the country. During the last few years, we have been pushing work to promote equal access to educational. Surveying the facilities at Chulalongkorn University with undergraduate students, we have been running “ChulaWalk” projects together. And on the same time, the university executive board currently has policies and funding for improving the university’s environment.

Special Lecture on “Inclusive Living” at Faculty of Arts, Chulalongkorn University

3rd Nov 2022 This was my first time giving a lecture to this faculty. This time, there was a Singaporean student joining the lecture. I narrated in English to communicate directly with the audience. The goal of this lecture is to foster understanding among students about diversity in society. I want them to experience what it is like to be in a wheelchair, unable to see, and be aware that people’s bodies can always change.

Quality of flooring at Bang Sue Grand Station

Our the last visit since last month, let’s look at the quality of work, the quality of flooring. If we hired someone to build a house and the house hasn’t been delivered yet, but we find that the quality of the construction is like this, what do we do? What I felt most clearly is really “embarrassed” and the new generation are watching us. This does not include the mottled interior floor, some of the roof were found to be swollen and peeled. Two brilliant youths decided to take an action to make the change

28 October 2021 In the morning, I was honored to join the opening announcement of the gentrification of the Chong Non Si River held in Sathorn, the financial district of Bangkok. I went there on behalf of the Disabilities Thailand, a people with disability, a representative of T4A, and the Accessibility Is Freedom organization. After lunch we rushed to see firsthand the renovation of toilets inside the Airport Rail Link (ARL).
