BE STRONG

I became a disabled when I turned 24 due to a severe motorbike accident.
After I leaved the hospital I suffered in the aftermath that compelled me to go through a routine of serious operations oftenly almost every single years.
It raised my inner fear and formed a new set of habit of completely avoiding to cause any physical risks: no exercise, no continual physical movement.

Decades later, until two years ago, my health condition showed a downward sign that I barely ate and hardly slept well.
I was also too easily allergic to so many foods which was unprecedented before.
Most terribly, I recognised that the function of my brain had been deteriorated for some reasons.I knew that things-go-wrong scenario had happened to me and new behavior must be formed fo the positive change.
So I decided to completely transform my habit.

I began exercising by wheeling, with my two hands, around a small local park nearby my place.
From the scratch and poor initial records, I started gradually achieving a distance of 5 kilometers, 10 kilometers, and so on and changed to a bigger park of Suan-luang RAMA IX.

Almost two years now, I now regularly achieve a distance of about 21 kilometers within two hours and 10min. In accumulation, I almost reach a total distance of 700 kilometers.

My goal is to maintain the consistency of an intensive exercise with the balance between workout and weight training.
Unfortunately, I think the park closes too fast and arriving there too early isn’t a good idea as it’s too hot.
Anyway, expectedly, I would highly likely be able to attend the marathon range soon.

Under this project, I encourage everyone to have a healthy lifestyle for yourself.
It doesn’t matter if you get old, you can still have a good health by regular exercise. I’m a living proof: “Old but cool”.

Also, my suffering from the aftermath I mentioned earlier has long gone after my new set of habit.

Once you’re totally healthy, physically and mentally, the very foundation has been laid and you’re more sustainable to help more and more people.
Never procrastinate. It’s never too late to do something, including this.

Let’s work out!
