weekend I went in visited the Central WestGate department store for 2 days.
At the Saturday I’ve found that the priority restroom door locker won’t work.
I’ve to let my girlfriend watched out the door for me.
On Sunday I went there again and still found it wasn’t fixed yet.
I asked a cleaner girl “It was all around as it this . ..” that’s what she said.
So I used the restroom again alone with no-one watched out for me, “Nah whatever .. .”.
I do understand very clear what I heard, but this is terrible.
Then I went to the Information Service Counter and reported the problem.
I met a very cute girl and I told her to get me an informed and she said “I would call to the team to get it fix ASAP…”
I went up to the 2nd floor for less than 5min, she called up “it was fixed, sir…”
“While the Mother Day weekend, there’re a lot of customer so we’d better get it fixed fast…” she said
This is cool, let me tell you guys what, this is a very good girl ever.
Fast and smart that I’ve never met for long time.
But for this one with a big smile & nice talking, better push her up to get the higher role.
I also checked on the 2nd floor and found the same problem!!
This should be a terrible understanding somehow
from the guy who is taking care the accessible facilities.
Finally I met the service team.
I showed them the other problem:
The tissues box installed too high for wheelchair customer almost unreached-able.
And I asked them why another room installed on the lower position?
Problems just like this happening all around us.
You might think this is just a tiny one,
but it is not for me and for the one who really need it..
Before I went back home, I went to the Information Service Counter again to let her know more story.
And I told her please let know for the progress . .
We all see the Central Department Stores have been done doing a good job.
Upgrading their accessible facilities, especially the priority parking spaces.
It is a very well done, and I always say THANK YOU out-loud.
But those problem that I do reported can’t leave it off.
The managers have to do the better service development including mind set.
We hope to see the better progress from Central soon.
THANK YOU
