A ramen chef on his wheel! Excellent, see you soon!

I watched this video content from Asian Boss. It reminded me a lot about what I had just talked with a young PWDs.

This ramen chef served as a prime example for someone who never let his inferior condition to take over his heart. He adapts his skill to suit with his physical condition. Obviously, his “mindset” is essentially the most important. He would have live a life with despair and hopelessness if he allowed his disability to take control his life. Yet he chose to fight, challenge, and overcome his weaknesses. Once he had a good mindset, the world around him changed. Now it’s a battleground stage to conquer. No matter the outcomes he must be proud in doing so.

His ramen, by the way, looked pretty good. I’ll definitely drop my ass there at his shop for my next Japan trip!

May the force be with you.
May the great heart be with you.
