It’s quite weird that although we have laws and regulations regarding with standard of accessible facilities, few of them has successfully happened. Today we attended the conference on behalf of many, as Accessibility Is Freedom whom we provide social contributions to raise the awareness and virtue of public mind, and as T4A whom we have common goals in actualizing an inclusive accessibility on public transportations.
I took this opportunity to provide all constructive insights that came from our empirical studies, a great virtue of public mind and the Bangkok’s metro system. I also highlighted an underlying concern that it’s seemingly impossible for Thailand to become a truly developed country when somebody, disgustingly, still try to seek for loopholes for their own sakes. This refers especially to those dinosaur government’s personnel.
I wish the AAA would become effective really soon with an intense tracking of performance, strict reinforcement, and transparent investigation. Most importantly, we have to do it now. There is no time to waste anymore.
I hope that AAA would become a key factor to success and pave the way for sustainable development in the near future.
The conference happily ended with a standing ovation to firmly support the AAA.
Wait and see the aftermath. I’ll give you latest update when it comes. Cheers
