Is condemning cars that park at accessible parking spot ILLEGAL?

I would like to raise this question to the public. I was sued for defamation by publication on the issue concerning accessible parking violations.

[Plaintiff] The plaintiff testified at the court inquiry that he claimed a legitimate right to park at the accessible parking spot as his father who had hemiplegia (paralysis on one side of the body) was his passenger.
[Defendant] Saba, an equal rights activist, along with related associations, has been pushing accessible-parking-related work over the past decade. Our work provoked changes throughout Thailand. Until now, the issue concerning persons with disabilities gained special attention from the public.

After three preliminary hearings, the court accepted the charge. On that day, I was put in jail until the evening, waiting for the court to decide on temporary release approval. The court, with kindness, granted provisional release without bail.

The upcoming court appointments are as follows:
– Witness hearing: the December, 13th, 2022 at 1:30pm
– Defendant hearing: the December, 16th, 2022 at 1:30pm

Our team and cooperative associations knew all too well that the subject matter was not private. This is a social issue that needs public attention.
This activist prosecution will provoke changes and set a new standard for society.
The public must take part by keeping an eye on what’s happening–in this case, I was sued and put in jail. No matter how the case will turn out, we must have “bravery” to step forward and fight for the greater good. Together, we can eliminate injustice in society and create real changes.

I would like to inform everybody of this information a week ahead so that you can manage your time and prepare yourself in advance.
