Saba’s Menu: Chicken wing honey spicy

‘New Orleans chicken or Wing Zab chicken’, everyone knows these simple yet delicious menu. When we want to eat it, we go buy it. But now I choose to make it my own style, and it’s soooo easy to do!

First I bought half a kilo of chicken wings at Foodland, about 90 Baht. I divided it into two meals, each contains about 6-7 pieces of chicken wings.

After that, I rinsed and mixed it with some salt to deodorize its fishy smell. Now I blended it with fish sauce, honey, cayenne pepper, and black pepper, and then fermented it for about 5 minutes. I took this time to take a bath, how quick I was.

Feeling fresh enough and I continued to line up beautifully the chicken wings on the oven, putting the time for 10 mins. The time went too fast and very soon, the sound of “Ping” popped up from the oven to indicate that the meal was ready.

This is my recommended menu. And one of my favourites that I so often make it currently. Easy and yummy. It’s also so convenient, taking so little time and effort. You can make it whenever you want and, indeed, it’s so affordable.

During this time of hardship, we should try to be more independent. Starting with simple, yet so delicious, food is a good start.
