Priority Parking at Season Square Sri-na-ka-rin / Perfect Management & Excellent service

Sri-na-ka-rin
It’s been for a while I didn’t get back to this place. Today I got a chance to visit again for having a meal as well as checking on how priority parking now would look like.

Priority Parking:
I drove to the underground parking at B1 floor as usual. First thing that I said was “Wow, this is superb!!!.” Amazingly, priority parking down here were entirely refurnished. The whole area was redeveloped with better facilities, upgraded materials, and nice decorations. There was a blue painting with pictogram indicated priority parking on the ground. The space was hugely wide and vast enough on both sides comfortably for a wheelchair user. This brand new area was truly impressive and I gave it all my 5 stars.

I had a conversation with a security guard here and we had the same viewpoint that if priority parking was designed excellently and clearly, it could visibly communicate to drivers and set itself as an emotional “motive”, for eligible one, not to illegally park on it. This proved how good design significantly had a great impact on people to comply.

Service:
You can build your enterprise whatever you want if you have a great amount of capital. But when it comes to service, money cannot always buy it. It’s necessary to require hospitality as well as empathy in some adequate levels to create a wonderful service. And what I saw in front of me reflected what I just said. Seacon Square had done such a great job on delivering good service. Security guards here looked as if they were trained skillfully. They kindly accompanied me since I got off my car, and controlled the traffic to let me crossing the road until I got to the mall entrance. I could felt their inner kindness beyond their duties. They were all admirable and I appreciated that. Moreover, their uniform was modified. I thought it looked more formal which was good. Also, they used bicycle to have a check on surrounding instead of typical motorcycle, which could severely increase air pollution on this closed area. This possibly would never happen if management team didn’t pay much attention. I would like to thank them as well.

Priority Parking Capability:
This was the information I received from security guard. Let’s see accordingly how many they got.

  • B1/39 – 2 lots
  • B1/25 – 2 lots
  • 5th floor on L5 – 2 lots

Thus, there were 6 lots of priority parking in total.
There were in total of 7,000 parking lots at Seacon Square. Also, I found a remaining building was under construction which would have 2,500 parking lots more, according to its billboard stated. Thus, after all the parking building’s construction, there would end up with 9,500 parking lots in total.

Sadly, I had to say sincerely that the number still would not meet the standard, according the ministerial regulations. Anyway, I believed that Seacon Square had already acknowledged this serious regulation and they were on their way to accomplish it sooner or later.

I would soon contact them for cooperation.
Anyone you think you can help us, please don’t hesitate to give us your hand. I would truly appreciate that.
