Starbuck Central Rama IX – over 8 years, same same

I have been a loyal customer of Starbucks for a significant period of time and frequently utilize its premises as a meeting place to work. Given that Starbucks has branches all across the globe, I have high expectations for world-class service standards.

However, some of the Starbucks branches in Bangkok have encountered issues in the past, which I have brought to their attention, and the necessary corrections were made in a timely manner.

Nevertheless, the Central Rama 9 branch poses a different situation. There exists a height difference of less than 4 inches at the entrance, which could be effortlessly rectified. Despite having notified the branch about this issue eight years ago, the matter remains unresolved.

I am uncertain about how to proceed with this matter, particularly as an employee appears to be watching me through the glass as we discuss work-related issues.”
