People with disabilities need to write records for transportation?

I do always use BTS or MRT for my daily commute. Today, I arrived at MRT Phetchaburi station in the morning. I went to the ticket counter and before I got into the gate, the security asked me to write down my personal record before enter to the gate. I told the security to do it for me and he actually wrote them then I handed my disability identification card.When you everybody commutes, there is no one asking you to write anything right? If you do not know, a disabled person can use public transportation for free. I am grateful for this.
But everyone needs to know that this free transportation does not come easy. Just read my timeline.
Do you guys know that 3 years ago, I decided to smash the BTS elevator because of this record. I understand that there is important info that needed to be noted down.
Dear top executives of public transportation and Minister of Transport
I propose my best solution which is to issue a special identification card for those whom the government needs to look after. There is no need for doing extra works on site like this, just use the regular ticket. Disable person who needs to use their rights just go to the registration. The card is issued for one by one.
The good thing about this – I do not have to be a freak when I use this card, the system can identify that in each month, where does SABA commute to. Stop using an analogue system like the mission of our prim minister “We are going to be 4.0 country”

ผมเดินทางรถไฟฟ้าบ่อยๆ ครับ นานๆ จะเจอซักครั้ง

วันนี้ผมเดินทางมาถึง MRT เพชรบุรีแต่เช้า ลงมาที่ชั้นจำหน่ายตั๋ว, ก่อนเข้า gate น้อง รปภ ยื่นกระดาษมาให้และบอกว่า “เขียนข้อมูลด้วยครับ”
ผมบอก รปภ ไปว่า “น้องเขียนให้หน่อยนะ” น้องก็ใจดีใจหาย ไม่ได้บอกอะไร ยินดีเขียนให้ ผมยื่นบัตรคนพิการให้…

คุณๆ เดินทาง ก็เดินทางปกติ ไม่เคยมีใครจะต้องมาขอให้เซ็นชื่อ ดูข้อมูลซักหน่อยจริงไหม?
เผื่อไม่ทราบ คนพิการได้สิทธิเดินทางฟรีครับ สิ่งนี้ผมรู้สึกขอบคุณเสมอมา
แต่ทุกคนต้องทราบด้วยเช่นกัน ไอ้ฟรีเนี๊ย มีอุปสรรคมากมาย ถ้าไม่รู้ไล่อ่านไทม์ไลน์ก็จะรู้ซึ้งเองครับ

กราบเรียนผู้บริหารสูงสุดของระบบขนส่งสาธารณะ, เรียนสำเนาถึงท่าน รมต กระทรวงคมนาคม ครับ
–>> ผมเสนอแนวทางที่คิดว่าดีที่สุดให้ คือ ให้ออกบัตร-ตั๋วพิเศษให้กับคนที่รัฐฯ ต้องดูแลครับ ง่ายๆ ไม่ต้องทำอะไรเพิ่มให้วุ่นวาย ใช้ตั๋วปกติที่ใช้อยู่ปัจจุบันนี่แหละ คนพิการคนไหนต้องการใช้สิทธิก็ไปแสดงตัวและลงทะเบียนทีเดียว และบัตรนั้นก็ใช้เฉพาะคนพิการแต่ละคนไป

ข้อดี: ผมจะได้เลิกเป็นคนประหลาดซักที แตะบัตร ‘ปี๊บ’ เจ้าของระบบมีข้อมูลรายคนทันที สามารถค้นข้อมูลว่า ในหนึ่งเดือนไอ้ซาบะมันเดินทางไปไหนบ้างทันที เลิกใช้ระบบอนาล๊อคซะทีนะครับ เป้าหมายนายก เราจะเป็นประเทศ 4.0 ครับ
