Accessibility Is Freedom เข้าถึงและเท่าเทียม | Accessible and Equal
Had heard from the BTS executives that wheelchair ramp is now available at every BTS station. It is the first time in quite a while that I have taken a BTS. Today, I took the ride from Sukumvit > Siam > Surasak station and I am soo o oooo impressed. The service is well executed. The heads of each station even come to supervise the process.
However, the newly available BTS station is still not equipped with this ramp. If you need assistance, ask the staffs.
This is a great opportunity to let everybody regarding of their disabilities to equally use the public transportation. There are still some flaws of the projects that we cannot handle by ourselves. These extra helps are still necessary.
