Everyone Should Feel Safe in Public Space Across the Country. FIX IT URGENTLY!

Everyone must have equal entitlement to public space. Such a mundane and uninteresting, “It’s not my problem”–you may think. Public space in Thailand should enable everyone to commute easily. This is just not the case, basic infrastructures like walkways, overpasses, public transport, and buildings simply “didn’t consider build for everyone”–this is sad but true.

Quality of flooring at Bang Sue Grand Station

Our the last visit since last month, let’s look at the quality of work, the quality of flooring. If we hired someone to build a house and the house hasn’t been delivered yet, but we find that the quality of the construction is like this, what do we do? What I felt most clearly is really “embarrassed” and the new generation are watching us. This does not include the mottled interior floor, some of the roof were found to be swollen and peeled. REVIEW: A Slopeway in front of Silom Complex

ภาพ ทางลาด หน้าอาคารสีลมคอมเพล็กซ์

From my perspective as a real user and customer, I would like to give you focus review. 1) The slope degree is definitely not correct. It doesn’t the the legitimate law (1:12). 2) The length, highly likely, less than 6 meters. (fit on the accessible law? – need to be onsite) 3) The surface material is slippery which easily leads to an accident. (doesn’t the the legitimate law)

[REVIEW] Silom Complex’s Building Access

Located in the heart of Silom, a prime financial district of Bangkok, Silom Complex (a branch of the Central Group) has been here for 29 years, providing world-class offerings. Yet, I can’t enjoy that world-class things because I simply can’t get there. The easiest way to access Silom Complex is via BTS link which is directly connected from BTS Sala Daeng Station. But this link is built as “staircase” as I’ll elaborate soon.

“We shall leave no one behind”, A spoken policy that I still have faith in it.

“We shall leave no one behind.” I believe this is rather a famous line you might have heard about it through media. I, too, have come to embrace the line especially serious when I jumped in myself on this journey for equality. The line transcends beyond a national value. It, however, is initiated from the UN to escalate the issue globally and make everyone more equal than ever. That being said, lot of countries throughout on this world are working hard to make it happen. Thailand, as part of it, must comply to this new global value.
