Looked at the ingredient in my refrigerator, there are some vegetables left. The healthy sandwich is my always a choice, lettuce, cucumber, bell pepper, avocado and whole wheat bread. This is good for dinner, vegetables!, yes! lower calories. Here you go!, this is my healthy sandwich!! My secret is to add cheese in the sandwich to get the smell and taste as an appetizing. After this new normal, I have to change my eating lifestyle. In a month I only had food from outside twice but mostly I cook it myself. Pizza is one of my favorite menu. I cook it in almost every morning to have it with coffee. I have been adapting and developing this menu until I found my perfect one and I want to tell you guys ‘it is really easy to make’.

‘New Orleans chicken or Wing Zab chicken’, everyone knows these simple yet delicious menu. When we want to eat it, we go buy it. But now I choose to make it my own style, and it’s soooo easy to do! First I bought half a kilo of chicken wings at Foodland, about 90 Baht. I divided it into two meals, each contains about 6-7 pieces of chicken wings.
