BTS / Wat Phra Sri Mahathat Station – on the ground survey

We had strolled around the recently opened Wat Phra Sri Mahathat BTS station and found several problems that should be addressed. There are still a revamping and repairing of the footpath on both side of the Buddhavijjalaya College and the pink line monorail which is still under the construction, this what we saw:
1. Power and telephone lines from the electric pole are cut result in messy, untidy and obstructing the sidewalk without a proper management.
2. The footpath for citizens should be better and safer than the current one.

Our suggestions – There should be a term to make a proper footpath for everyone’s access. The term from the executives or project managers can ensure that the contractors are properly doing their jobs. Also, the nearby district office should do the better work.
