3 years ago we visited the management also released an open letter requesting that the stair lift should be replaced with the real elevator.
Last week we went there for dinner, as you see the elevator has already broken.
I was going down to MRT Sam-Yan and 4 staffs have to help take me down using the escalator!
Besides being inconvenient and dangerous, other issue has to be aware of is that during this coronavirus pandemic “five of us having the distancing risk!!”
It’s an usually that people in wheelchairs like me do it as un-usual –confused?
