April 11, 2023 The ‘Esan Pattana’ network comprises the teams of Nong Bua Lam Phu FD, Udon Thani FD, Friends, and Accessibility Is Freedom participated in the opening ceremony of Phu-An Skywalk. Groups of wheelchair users cannot enter the building. Groups of people who travel with wheeled-vehicles don’t include only people with disabilities, but also many others such as families with kids and strollers.
