Safety standard, the huge difference that we should look into it

Safety
standardis the one issue that I pay attention to and I saw a lot of difference in Japan.

As the above picture, there will always have the security guard(s) to taking care of the area.
And even a very far place from the city, they use almost the same setup especially the equipment standard.

I know nothing about the construction and safety, but what I saw either big or small site they use one standard and very strictly.

We should do follow the better standard for a better life, or we will have the accident news for almost everyday as we are facing now.
