Report problem of lower platform level of the twin tracks train southern line with former Governor SRT.

After file a complaint about Skywalk and the stairway to the building, the chairman of the commission of Thai Senate introduced us to the former governor of SRT. I got a chance to report the problem of the Southern Line platform construction’s platform high that will lower than the other lines. He promised to ask and talk in detail, I then asked to shake hand as a promise ^^

T4A in co-operation with the PWDs associations is suing the Bangkok City Hall for 1,436 ML THB for failed to complete the installation of elevators and accessible facilities at the BTS.

9 May 2018 A group of PWDs activist, Transportation For All (T4A), is gathering with other groups of PWDs networks to proceed prosecuting Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) for failure to completely install all BTS elevators and infrastructure. This inability to comply is against the order from the Supreme Court which had issued the mandate previously. The group also claimed that the incidence has terribly costed the estimated damage of 1,436 million Baht.

BTSSince its operation, wheelchair elevators have been installed only in a few stations. There are much more left to complete. Anyway, this is not the main topic today because I’m highlighting on its design layout which appears to be go-through functionality. MRT Restroom Story: Men&Women-always open but not for the disabled one!

There is sometimes I need to use a restroom when I take a ride on MRT blueline. I have been traveling by using the metro train for very long ago. Just like you, there are some times I need to use a restroom in urgency. Well, but the disabled restroom is always closed while the rest are all open freely. There is always a sign stating that “Out of service. Sorry for any inconveniences.” I don’t know what is the logic behind this but it’s such an incredibly wrongdoing. It should be all open all the time during service hours.
