Accessibility Is Freedom เข้าถึงและเท่าเทียม | Accessible and Equal
This is a part of the policy that will be delivered to the Parliament on the upcoming 25th of July 2019. I’m pleased to hear that and would like to share with everyone. The government policy affects significantly the degree of accessibility. There is, of course, other details that emphasize the enrichment of the lives of people with more equality.
“5.6.2, Solving traffic congestion in urban areas by the development of effective public transportations to address the potentials of individual cities, especially major regional cities. The Information Technology (IT) will be adopted to enhance the traffic control system and itinerary planning, traffic discipline, and parking management in particular of above and underground parking lot, governed by both public and private sectors. In conjunction, the principle of universal design will be applied to sidewalk, bike lane, and other infrastructure to enhance accessibility for all so that people have a variety of transportation modes with connectivity and quickness.”
More or less, I believe this is one of the fruits from our 5 years of social dedications. This new policy would make things better and easier to achieve. Nevertheless, our job is not done yet, we shall move forward to get things done together!
