Priority Parking Problem, parking on the reserve space can’t let it goes more

Yesterday I went to the Promenade store.
Then posted the photo of a car parked across the entry space
Security clarified the information just as I have posted.

Regarding to
When I parked my car in the parking lot
the 1st floor all disabled parking were full
I made my way around the second floor, there was one spot on the left
According to photo

When I am returning home, the car had already gone.
I found a security guard who informed me when I parked
I believed he was responsible for that floor.

I reported to this security.
Then asked him with a calm voice that I would like to speak to the facility manager.
Not long after they were called, they came including the manager (the one who bend down his head – white shirt)
and managing director (the tall white-shirted one – the one I talked to several months ago when I came to survey)

I ask the facility manager in front of everyone
whether he permitted a car to park across the middle as reported by the security

Manager spoke to me with humility.
(Usually the securities are very polite here – and I am very polite as well).
He apologized to me several times.
Then told me that the security had just started working for only a few days
It was an unfortunate misunderstanding. Apology for mistakes

I confirmed with the security
whether he understood it then

He nodded his head and apologised
I stressed with the facility manager again that
in the next security guard meeting,
please discuss amongst each personnel that the space in between is prohibited from parking.
Because the laws dictated that the disabled parking
must have a car accessing space wider than usual.

The managers and the security who were there
agreed in understanding and ‘wai’ greeting at me (I greeted in return).

I drove out with all of them lining up
So I greeted again when I drove pass

I must thank the security at the Promenade for their understanding
I believe that this sort of issue should happen less often

Note: Information from the facility manager informs that the Promenade is extending and will add more disabled parking.
