Service Quality

Last Tuesday was my first field survey after long Bangkok’s lockdown. Some of ARL officers still remember me. We exchanged warm greeting happily. Every trip of mine is the investigation in itself. This time I took ARL service from Huamark to Makkasan station. They provided me a wheelchair ramp in getting access with warm service mind and professional hospitality. I highly satisfied. Note: You can ask officer at anytime when you need a wheelchair ramp service. They’re well-trained and more than happy to assist you.

Thailand is known for its warm service and kindness that builds great impression for any visitors around the world. And the commuter train service is simply one of them. I’ve been using the commuter train services intensely during the last 6 years. I can firmly assure you its gradual improvement of services in many areas. And I’m not alone. Recently I got a happy story from Aey regarding the service that I can’t wait to share with you.

Fashion Island A well-known and leading shopping mall in Ram-in-thra area. However, previously, this mall was just like any others that had poor design and accessibility on priority parking. They didn’t comply the regulations on how priority parking should be nicely provided. Service quality that needed improvement. It occurred just around this time a year ago. So we rushed to give them some pieces of advice and tried to engage in practical processes. Surprisingly, within a month, everything was wholly transformed to the better. The speed they changed was impressively fast.

  Currently in Thailand has new small department store popup like a mushroom. Beautiful designed seem to be nice to visit. During Songkran festival holiday, me and my girl friend visit one department store for coffee and dessert.
