JAS Urban SrinakarinA new fabulous community mall in Srinakarin area has been completed and now opened for full service. This place is very close to my home as I drove by almost everyday. It’s such an impressive feeling that I saw its progress from the ground years ago until fully finished. So I managed my time to have a look. After exploring the overall of the mall, I had to delivery my compliment to its management team as its accessibility was systemically in top-notch level. Let’s take a look on the following;

Central Grand Rama IX I went there since last Thursday. The image was taken place on the 3rd floor during its closing time, not during the day. I asked security guards about any abuses of disabled parking. They replied that most of the time were quite empty. Almost no one illegally parked on it, only just sometimes which the security guard would definitely immediately check. This answer made me feel so delightful.

CPN has continually opened its new department store on suburb areas of Bangkok, according to its plan. I once had a chance to meet with CPN’s management to address a priority parking’s issue. I am confident that they are coming up with good result on this issue as well as other concerns such as accessible facilities.

Siam Paragon I have been watching the movement of issue of parking lots for PWDs of Siam Paragon for quite a while. Seacon Sri-na-ka-rinIt’s been for a while I didn’t get back to this place. Today I got a chance to visit again for having a meal as well as checking on how priority parking now would look like.

Fashion Island A well-known and leading shopping mall in Ram-in-thra area. However, previously, this mall was just like any others that had poor design and accessibility on priority parking. They didn’t comply the regulations on how priority parking should be nicely provided. Service quality that needed improvement. It occurred just around this time a year ago. So we rushed to give them some pieces of advice and tried to engage in practical processes. Surprisingly, within a month, everything was wholly transformed to the better. The speed they changed was impressively fast.

The disabled parking space problem, we’ve been working for almost 2 years. This may look like a very tiny problem, but this is not. This problem is showing how quality of our social are, it is also critical effecting our whole society. And it is definitely effecting to the rights and equality.
