Recently, we joined the meeting once again and one of the managements threw a commitment word to us, “Good is not enough guys. It must be WOW!”
The situation was better now after the peak of the Corona Virus, so yesterday was my first field survey and I was shocked by what I’d seen before my eyes.
It reserved the whole 2nd floor of its parking lot and named it Family Parking. Yup, you heard me right, THE WHOLE FLOOR. Crazy right?
They separated between two distinct zones: the Blue and Orange. The Blue Zone was for those on wheelchair, and the closest to the mall’s entrance. The parking design met all the law’s requirements, correctly and beautifully. The Orange Zone reserving for the other needs: the elderly, the pregnant, and the less-abled one. The whole area was sufficiently equipped with security guards. Also there was a walkway signage on the floor that safely directed customers to the building. The signage, indicating this whole floor of accessible parking, was shown at the first sight when I drove in. The colour was good and easily detectable. The lighting was bright and covered with no blind spot. There was a traffic fence stationed in front of each individual parking lot.
There was a traffic fence right in front of the parking’s entrance, always stationed with a security guard in screening, which could help eliminate any wrongdoing and ease the jobs of the officers.
There was a traffic fence right in front of the parking’s entrance, always stationed with a security guard in screening, which could help eliminate any wrongdoing and ease the jobs of the officers. Most importantly, there was no longer any barriers at each parking lot. This was amazing!
This fantastic experience was hard to describe in words. It’s beyond just WOW. It immensely fulfilled my heart, and everyone’s, which I could not explain it. This is the best accessible parking in Thailand and in the world.
Without doubt, I guarantee they would soon welcome loads of customers with special needs who flux into this magnificent mall.
I would like to wholeheartedly thank the management team and all members of staff at Fashion Island Shopping Mall who made this possible.
YOU ARE THE BEST!
