Discrimination or injustice on persons with disabilities shall be prohibited.

Section 15:
“Determination of policies, rules, regulations, measures, projects or practices of the governmental agencies, private entities or individuals that cause discrimination or injustice on persons with disabilities shall be prohibited.”
