My extend writing belong to an interview was brief and possibly incomplete speak: Elevator usage: Considering relevant laws and the intended purpose, it can be interpreted as “reserved for those in need” and should be respected. However, from the perspective of persons with disabilities, it is all about “Inclusive Living” and utilizing various facilities.

December, 16th 2022 Today, it’s my turn to be investigated. Before we went to the trial room, we took photographs with our supporters from all around- people with disability organizations and other authorities we’ve been cooperating with.

I would like to raise this question to the public. I was sued for defamation by publication on the issue concerning accessible parking violations. [Plaintiff] The plaintiff testified at the court inquiry that he claimed a legitimate right to park at the accessible parking spot as his father who had hemiplegia (paralysis on one side of the body) was his passenger.

The plaintiff had filed the suit by themself, there have been three preliminary hearings. The third preliminary hearing, the court decided to send the case on to trial. As the criminal charge rule, I was put in jail for half a day while waiting for the bail process.

Since the last of 30th of May – we have many friends joined our forces. Both come to support and come to follow the cases that I have been sued a lot. This is THE FACES for real.

This was my first time being invited to give a special lecture at the Faculty of Law. I chose my own experience of “BTS lift Smashed Story” to these graduate students of human rights. One pothole for accessible parking is that there is yet “legal punishment” to legally penalize the wrongdoers. It just stated ‘who’ is eligible to park on. I always address this issue that if you want to dissolve this problem completely, we must holistically cover it in every aspects; supporting, encouraging, and punishing. I give you one small, obvious example of “No-Smoking-on-public” law.

The misuse of the accessible parking has been a prevalent, and long-instilled, problem in our society. This is obviously an act that’s against the law and in total disregard for the need.
