From encouraging to sharing!

“I encourage you!” We often say this when we want to cheer up someone. “I encourage you!” I always heard this word since the day I jumped into this social contribution activity. “I encourage you!” It used to lift me up anytime I receive this word. I continued to receive countless encouragement like this. It came nicely, and it’s gone. At the end, nothing has changed, sadly. Now it’s my turn to encourage you to NOT encouraging anyone anymore. But instead you turn it into helping, sharing, or doing, whatever. I know encouragement is great. It starts with the inner. …

RACE NOTE: My First Marathon ‘Bangsaen Marathon 2019’

Flashback to the very first day I committed to do a workout by running, it came to me as a mere non-sense thought. Joining the race? No way! It first appeared to me as a regular exercise for health purpose. As a goal -setter in nature, however, I began seriously setting a goal for each drill and gradually raised the bar to the next level, each with a more challenging distance and time. I mostly trained at park and watched up all the records. One year passed. Two years, three, and more. Until I underwent a negative growth, and boring …

He read my recent post and wasted no time to made a contact to me. “Reeve” used to have a serious accident affecting almost the whole of his body from the top to the bottom. If you take a notice you would realise that his movement isn’t normal, and his arm isn’t quite healthy. But if you …

The real hero that alive and we all shall not forget “Chris Ben-ja-koon”

A young movie star who became disabled by sacrificing himself to help a victim out of an accident many years ago. For me, Chris is a superhero in real life. We can see him, meet him in person, touch him, and talk to him over a cup of coffee. I usually have a meeting around that place and often visit his café. Normally he was busy at work but not today, so we had some talk over a brilliant cup of coffee.

Urgent help need to a young wheelchair boy for his new battery!

I’ve known this young wheelchair boy for quite so long. He moved to his home town, Lopburi province, his school is 4km away from his house. His family decided to buy a 3-wheeled electric motorcycle so that he is able to go to school by his own. Currently the vehicle’s battery is dead, and his family needs to get and pick him up from school every day.

Makro join #THEONE team and upgrading its accessible facilities for more inclusive, safety, and cleanliness.

25th of June, I went to participate in a meeting with the management team of Makro (Siam Makro). My role in this context acted like an advisor building understanding, providing information, and suggesting related issues as a whole.   My guideline was to widen the perspective to include all groups of people, not just for PWDs, to provide equality and to all so that everyone is happy.   We wish that they will set a new standard for construction and make proper service management after work. We’re pleased to be part of the team and willing to give more of …
