I would like to raise this question to the public. I was sued for defamation by publication on the issue concerning accessible parking violations. [Plaintiff] The plaintiff testified at the court inquiry that he claimed a legitimate right to park at the accessible parking spot as his father who had hemiplegia (paralysis on one side of the body) was his passenger.

Just a few days ago, there was news about a wheelchair user killed in car crash while hauling his wheelchair on the street. I would like to discuss this incident from my experience. What is the cause? Obviously, the unaccommodating sidewalk leaves wheelchair users with no choice but to continue their way on the street.

Today I transformed into a special teacher, another great year and I’m here at the Faculty of Social Development Thammasat University Tha-Prachan campus. One of the work that I intend to do a lot is to grow up a new generation and I have been doing this for over 8 years, the Faculty of Architecture. and the Faculty of Social Development, also a legal people.

Last week we went there for dinner, as you see the elevator has already broken. I was going down to MRT Sam-Yan and 4 staffs have to help take me down using the escalator! Besides being inconvenient and dangerous, other issue has to be aware of is that during this coronavirus pandemic “five of us having the distancing risk!!” It’s an usually that people in wheelchairs like me do it as un-usual –confused? Got the news “The new top executive changed”, then the new car routes designed and cancel the 2 accessible parking spots on the ground floor to become the car turning route… Thailand ministerial accessible facilities regulation 2021 is 25:1 ratio (25 parking : 1 accessible parking spot) please kindly check if you fit on.

  From my perspective as a real user and customer, I would like to give you focus review. 1) The slope degree is definitely not correct. It doesn’t the the legitimate law (1:12). 2) The length, highly likely, less than 6 meters. (fit on the accessible law? – need to be onsite) 3) The surface material is slippery which easily leads to an accident. (doesn’t the the legitimate law)

Located in the heart of Silom, a prime financial district of Bangkok, Silom Complex (a branch of the Central Group) has been here for 29 years, providing world-class offerings. Yet, I can’t enjoy that world-class things because I simply can’t get there. The easiest way to access Silom Complex is via BTS link which is directly connected from BTS Sala Daeng Station. But this link is built as “staircase” as I’ll elaborate soon.
